This range of work is consulting and is mainly offered for small companies, which, unlike large corporations, may lack approaches and standards that allow making informed decisions when choosing drilling sites. The works are aimed at standardization of processes, development of templates of input geological-geophysical and technical-economic materials, which are presented by the project team to management. Standardization of these processes helps the project team not to miss important aspects of operational tasks and geological planning and can improve risk assessment and mitigation. The introduction of such processes enables management to select drilling strategies more accurately taking into account geological prospects, financial feasibility and risks of technical performance of work.
